These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetStarMint. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use GetStarMint.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GetStarMint only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Send unsolicited SMS messages to people who have not consented
• Use the service to generate fake or misleading reviews
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations including TCPA and CAN-SPAM
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

3. Subscription and Billing

GetStarMint offers monthly subscription plans. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. Contact us at hello@getstarmint.com for refund requests.

4. SMS Usage

SMS review requests are sent on your behalf using your customer data. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent before adding customer phone numbers. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to your customers.

5. AI-Generated Content

GetStarMint uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate review reply drafts, sentiment analysis, and social media captions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is posted publicly.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to GetStarMint, including customer information, reviews, and business details. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or third-party API failures (Twilio, Google, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

GetStarMint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
